Well i haven't updated here for quite some time huh?
Ok shall tok about yesterdae 1st... Went to sing kbox at suntec wif mummy and grandma! Actualli we were supposed to sing from 11 to 3, but we juz dragged all the wae to 4+ haha... The bill totalled up to $7 per person, which is relatively cheap, but well i'm still quite dissatisfied that they gave us 2 drinks each instead of 1 drink + 1 pastry... If that was the case, we cld have saved on lunch! =X But well it was another enjoyable experience of
loud bringing-the-house-down singing haha... And i oso think we shld neva go back there again coz those ppl look set to eat us up for the din that we've created there...
Hmmm last week was boring... Stayed at home and rotted on mon, tues and fri... Wed went out wif my mum and treated her to the crystal jade (coz i haven't gave her a treat since i started working), thurs hanged out wif candice and huiyin... Sat went out wif mummy and grandma and wandered about orchard (but roaming about wif them is
never boring haha), played arcade for a while (finally i found someone to play arcade wif!) and had dinner at
lido again (coz of the free flow drinks at kfc haha). Life without work is realli THAT dull and somewhat monotonous...
It's been almost 2 weeks since my NIE interview, and i realli hope to hear from them soon... Coz after checking the NUS website a couple of daes ago, i realised that i've been offered arts and social sciences and i hafta reply them by the 31st (which is next mon)... The thing is, i wld prefer going to NIE instead of FASS (coz i dun think i stand a chance to take up psychology in there), so wat if my NIE letter doesn't come b4 next mon? Do i hafta put the $500 deposit at NUS juz to secure a place there (as a backup plan in case NIE rejects me)? It's ridiculous isn't it? Argh thinking of this juz gives me a big headache...
All this uni stuff is juz SO frustrating... Y did they hafta change the system this year?
