It's time to sum up the 1st week of sch! Hmmm life was generally ok i guess, and i'm slowly getting used to living in my hostel room...
Wed's flag dae was crap - after standing for so many hrs and begging ppl to donate, i think i onli filled 1/4 of the tin (which onli = 1 pathetic eca pt). If i had known earlier, i wld neva have joined lor...
Lectures have been pretty fine, though there r some stuff that i dun understand. The accounting lecturer was a replica of LKT (that's my JC chem teacher, for those who dunno), talking lots of lame and irrelevant rubbish and showing senseless video clips throughout the lecture. He crapped for the 1.5 hrs, then decided to rush through everything at the last half hr, and eventually ended 15 mins late. I can't believe i missed the F.I.R. performance juz to hear that guy bullshit... The statistics lecturer was worse, he talked like jay chou (u can't make out a single thing he's saying), rushed through the lecture like a bullet train and ended the lecture 15 mins early. However, the marketing lecturer was a
big exception. He's the bez lecturer u can eva asked for, humorous yet serious and focused about the subject, speaks a lot from experience etc... No wonder he was named the bez marketing lecturer... I think he's juz like helen chong (my JC econs teacher, whose excellent teaching influenced me and made me fell in love wif econs), as after the 1st lecture, i already think marketing is going to be the subject i enjoy most. Hopefully my interest for marketing will be sustained lah yah...
