Some time ago, a fren sent me an email inviting me to her new 'home'... The pictures attached showed that it was such a beautiful island that it seemed like heaven on earth... Although it turned out to be a hoax eventually, the pictures still left a deep impression in me. It's like wow... If onli that can be my home... I was pretty convinced that the pictures r computer-generated though, coz i dun believe that there's such a peaceful and quiet place out there in this world.
I was wrong.
This place does exist! And its name is Bora Bora Island. Located in the French Polynesia, it is a small island filled with coconut forests and colourful villages and surrounded by miles of fine, white sandy beaches and crystal clear, turquoise water.
The 'home' that i was yearning to live in is actualli a famous hotel on Bora Bora Island - Le Meridien Bora Bora... It offers an extraordinary view of the island, overlooking Mount Pahia and the Bora Bora lagoon. Wat makes it so different from the other hotels is this:
The overwater bungalows! These air conditioned huts are located right over the water, and the large section of glass in the floor provides u wif a clear view of all the fishes swimming in the water! There's oso a large deck, and ladders from the deck make it easy to slip into the lagoon's warm, turquoise water any time...
Oh my god... I have to go there some dae to see this for myself... I juz have to!
