xianz. So so so xianz. I realli miss
PA life... =(
I
hate Strategic Management. The module sux. The content sux. The lecturer sux. The tutor sux. The projs sux.
I'm still troubled about my "singing GE"... I can't seem to find karaoke vcds
anywhere... I've gone to all sorts of places to look for them, but to no avail. Like that wat am i going to sing for my presentation???
Troubles, troubles, troubles. Who can live without them?

               Life has been busy busy
busy.
Was busy preparing for our
strategic mgt presentation (which was todae) for the whole of last week... We
screwed up, as expected. Hai i dun wanna always be in the
first grp!
I need to vent my frustration... I
realli dun like to do FYP! Not at all. Sadly, sometimes it's the
ppl that matters. Not the workload. Argh. Shall not continue rambling anymore, lest i offend anyone. Hai.

               I officially turned
21 yesterdae.
I had a few days of
wonderful celebrations, and i realli wanna
thank all of u who has made the effort to celebrate this special occasion wif me. Thank you
dear for the yummy cheesecake, the star and the bdae treats! I realli appreciate it. Thank you to all my
frens for all ur time and effort, and all the presents! Thank you to my
family and relatives... Thank you everyone!
Juz had a run-in wif my parents (or rather my
dad). As usual. Not in the bez of moods now. Who said that turning
21 gives u more freedom?
Well, at least i was
happy for the past few daes.

               It's
3 daes to the
big dae. But i dun feel any excitement...
Many ppl told me that they were quite
sad for the few daes before their 21st birthdaes as they felt that they were getting
old and stuff. True enuff, being an
adult officially could onli mean that more
responsibilities and troubles would come ur wae in future... How
saddening.
I dun wanna grow up! I wanna stay as a
kid! I dun wanna step into the cruel cruel world... At least not so
soon.

Here's the moment u all have been waiting for... The unveiling of
Princess BlueStar's Birthdae Wishlist 2006! (Hahaha that sounds totally
bhb...)
In
order of preference, here goes:
1. I want everyone to go
sing KTV wif me! This is a once-in-a-lifetime occasion, so of coz i must do the thing i
love most - singing! (I put this on my wishlist last year but
no one fulfilled it for me... Can some of u
pls fulfil it for me this year? Pls pls pls???)
2. I hope to get a
hair salon voucher so that i can do hair treatment. Haha. Oh but no Jean Yip pls.
Kimage sounds not bad though. =P (Pls do inform me if u r intending to get this... Thanx!)
The rest r in
no order of preference:
1. Cash! (Most practical of all! Haha.)
2. Vouchers for departmental stores like
Isetan or Seiyu etc
3. Vouchers for
footwear stores like Charles & Keith (Ok lah i dun realli need shoes, but the more the merrier rite...)
4. Earrings (I can neva get enuff of them... Long dainty ones wld be nice. I'm past the chunky earrings phase. Haha.)
5. Clothes (I need clothes for sch!)
6. Bags (I dun mind having a new bag!
Tote bags though. And i want them
big! Juz like the ones u usually see me carry lah.)
7. Air ticket to Taipei (U can contribute to the "Fly Me to Taiwan" fund! Haha.)
Other than that, i can't think of anything else that i need/want le... Hehe... I'm such an easily
contented girl hor?
Not!

               Memories of Taipei Part 3
On the fourth dae, we explored the Taipei City Hall area... And we went to
Taipei 101!

We did not go up to the
Indoor Observatory on the 89th floor though, as the sky was getting cloudy and it looked as though it was about to rain. We did not wanna spend
NT$350 to go up there and see nothing but dark clouds!
Besides Taipei 101, we oso went to malls like Shin Kong Mitsukoshi and New York New York. We oso dropped by
Mister Donut at New York New York!

There was such a wide variety of donuts on display, and they all look so
tempting! We caved in and bought some to try... Hmmm they tasted ok lah, nothing fantastic.
At nite, we went to our long-awaited
Shilin Night Market! All my fav Shilin snacks, here i come!
(Sadly, the pic din turn out too nice due to the flash.)
(Sadly, the pic din turn out too nice due to the flash.)That is the
Shilin Food Square, where all the food stalls have relocated to. We began our food conquest and tried out items like the XXL chicken cutlet, teppanyaki, guan1 cai2 ban3 etc... The
chicken cutlet is indeed much
bigger and juicier than our local version! And the
guan cai ban (it's actually bread wif stuffed filling inside, it got its name as its appearance resembles a coffin) is so yummylicious! I shld have ordered an additional serving...
After we've had our fill, we proceeded to go
prawning! (One of the stalls there offers prawning and "tortoise-ing" haha.) Each prawning rod costs
NT$10, and u can catch as many as u want before the string breaks (it's
veri easy to break). Hehe i can proudly announce that i caught a prawn wif my
2nd rod! Yay! Haha but i set it free eventually...
Following that, we went to the original Shilin Night Market stretch to shop. It was bargains galore yet again! I love night markets! Hehe.
On the last dae, we visited the famous
Longshan Temple, one of the key historical sites of Taipei.

It was a serene and tranquil place. We prayed for our family and loved ones... And we prayed that we would have a safe journey home...
That marks the
end of my Taipei trip. It was a veri fun and enriching trip. An eye-opener indeed. As we've realised, 5 daes is definitely
not enuff for us to explore the whole of Taipei. There were so many places that we din get to go:
Danshui (sorrie girls),
Beitou and lots more... I realli
wish we can go back again soon...
These few daes when i wake up in the morning and realise that i'm at home, i can't help but feel sad. I
miss Taipei so much...
I promise myself to return there
next year.
