My most
hellish week is finally over... Time to breathe again...
I was so
busy this week that i din have time to practise for my
2nd song presentation. Usually i'll start practising ard 1 week in advance to make sure i'm realli familiar wif the song etc... So in the end, i
screwed up my performance! And guess wat song i was singing? I was singing Teresa Teng's "
Yue Liang Dai Biao Wo De Xin" (i din get my desired song, so i was left wif no choice)! Who on earth wld go off tune for such a
simple song like that???
I am so
disappointed wif myself! Juz coz i was
freezing in the auditorium, when i finally went up on the stage, i was too cold to kai1 sheng1?! (I always falter at my high notes when i'm too
cold, coz then i can't project my voice properly.) This is such an unpardonable mistake!
I not onli screwed up my presentation, i screwed up my (possibly)
once-in-a-lifetime chance to perform on a
stage. And it wasn't even coz i'm unable to handle the song assigned to me. It was well within my vocal range!
Heartbreaking. Hai.
I guez this will remain as one of the greatest
yi2 han4 in my life.
